Talk about epic!

Two of my favorite people, Cesar Alejandro Becerra , Florida historian, author, and lecturer, and well-known author and archaeologist, Bob Carr will be at the Miami Bookfair Nov 21-23.

Archaeologist Manny Garcia is conducting a routine excavation at Brickell Point along the Miami River prior to construction of new high-rise buildings when he makes the most significant discovery of his career sparking a media frenzy.  Meanwhile, Dade County Botanist Conrad Jenkins is doing a plant inventory at the Deering Estate when he is suddenly ambushed by an unknown force. Together, these two scientists must go beyond everything they know in order to face threats to the Everglades, those who live there, and the risks that must be taken to protect it all by battling invasive plants, pythons, and pure evil.”
